Our waterproofing system is manufactured with an anti-microbial agent in the components. This helps control the damaging effects of iron bacteria that can completely clog “traditional” drainage systems over time.

The heart of our closed system is an ingenious duel chamber drainage channel that provides a way to draw water from the outside walls as well as from the center of the floor. Placed in a shallow trench they work together with specially designed vapor barrier to direct all water into a drainage conduit.
 
Access ports strategically located along the system allow for easy inspection to make certain the system works efficiently for years. An airtight sump liner encases a reliable pump. Together with the liner, it is mounted in a manner that does not undermine the integrity of the foundation. A double pump switch ensures that it is activated as needed assures its dependability.
