Bowing or Buckled Walls

Over time, the freeze/thaw cycle and hydrostatic pressures in the soil can push basement walls inward. If not addressed, this can lead to structural failure.

If the problem has not progressed too far, the walls can be stabilized without excavation. Team Elmer's can pull the walls back to plumb as needed.

Bowing or buckled walls are typically addressed with one of three options:

• Carbon fiber strips
• Helical wall anchors
• I-beams
