Milling

Mill concrete, asphalt, or cut gravel to grade with our milling and widener equipment. Where full-depth reclamation (pulverization) turns asphalt into a gravel-like material, milling actually removes a layer of material--depths ranging from 1/10th of an inch up to 13 inches-- leaving the remaining depths intact.

• A PR650 capable of profile milling up to 1 foot depths at 7 feet 3 inches wide
• A variable width cutting head for trenching from 2 feet, 3 feet, or 4 feet wide
• Wirtgen 2100 Mill
• Theoretical Capacity of the discharge conveyor is 719 cubic yards per hour

Automation is possible to create proper drainage and control grade for correct slope.
