Sinking Foundation

Poor compaction, soft unstable soils, or decaying organic materials in the ground can lead to foundation failure. This affects the home in many ways. Cracks in the basement, cracked drywall upstairs, doors and windows that don’t work properly, and uneven floors are the result. The entire structure can be stabilized and lifted with minimal excavation using push piers or helical piers.
