TRAVERSE CITY, MICH., June 7, 2011—Team Elmer’s announced this week it will bring up to 10 new jobs to Gaylord with the opening of its new facility at 2100 Millbocker Road. The 36-acre property, formerly the Gaylord landfill and a recognized Brownfield site, is now open for business.

The Team Elmer’s location will handle large commercial excavation jobs in the Otsego and Charlevoix County areas, as well as assist residents with small do-it-yourself home and garden projects. “Though we have served Otsego County from our Traverse City location for many years, we had an opportunity to improve our service with a location in Gaylord,” said Service Director and Co-Owner Tonya Wildfong. “We look forward to helping others with their dreams and projects.” she added.
Positions will include administrative personnel and heavy construction operators. Hiring is expected to be complete as soon as possible.
